Shipping Methods

We partner with Packeta and their local carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Depending on your location, the following delivery options may be available:

  • Parcel lockers (Z-Box) – available in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania
  • Pickup points – convenient collection locations near you
  • Home delivery – direct courier delivery to your address

All available shipping methods for your country will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

Please note: If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently offer delivery to your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country, selected delivery method, and order weight and dimensions.

Free Shipping:

  • Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, and Austria – free on orders over 50€
  • All other countries – free on orders over 80€

Delivery Times

Order processing: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery: from 3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number to monitor your delivery

Important Information

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct to avoid delays.

If parcel lockers are not available in your region, delivery will be made either to a nearby pickup point or directly to your address.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or local carriers, we are always here to help resolve any shipping issues.
